Fabri Tech is a learning environment that provides people with the digital means of production to allow them to make almost anything. It is a space to work on projects, prototype and develop any idea using digital fabrication technologies with the help of experienced staff. It allows the users to transfer ideas from their heads into real physically tangible prototypes that could lead to innovative projects.

Fabri Tech mission is to provide students, staff, government entities and businesses with high end digital fabrication tools that will allow them to translate their ideas into a reality and produce innovative projects, products and services to enhance Bahrain’s economy.
What is Fabri Tech Mission?
- Access to digital fabrication tools like 3D printers
- Training classes to be able to use the digital fabrication tools available
- Expert support to provide guidance and knowledge on the best way to prototype an idea
- Providing materials to produce the physical prototypes developed
- Access to a network of markers that can work collaboratively
- Occasional training sessions on the use 2D and 3D Computer Aided Design

Who can use Fabri Tech?
Fabri Tech is currently offering its services to mainly the Department of Architecture and Interior Design. However, we are encouraging other departments from the College of Engineering to use our facilities along with other Colleges at the University of Bahrain. We are open to working with government entities and small and medium enterprises who would like to develop their projects by giving them access to new digital fabrication technology to innovate and contribute to our economy.
